Return Information

We sincerely hope that you will be pleased with the items you select. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly return any items in original condition within 30 days of receipt. For your convenience, you may return item(s) for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, embroidered items, OR ITEMS THAT HAVE THE TAG REMOVED. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Return postage must be pre-paid and COD’s on return shipments cannot be accepted. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return.

LOST PACKING SLIP

If you've lost your packing slip, simply include your order number, name, address, and items you are returning on a piece of paper. If you do not know your order number, call us at 1-855-654-0900 and we will be happy to help. We recommend insuring your return shipment, as we cannot give credit for items that we do not receive.

WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

For fastest service, e-mail us at info@orrenwear.com with your order number, name, address and details on the item you ordered and the item you received. If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the return once we receive it.

REFUNDS

If an item is returned in new condition within 30 days, with proof of purchase (i.e., your packing slip) and the item(s) have not been worn, washed or embroidered, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). If you do not have a packing slip or original order number, e-mail us at info@orrenwear.com and we will search for your order information. We process all returns immediately upon receipt of the item(s). Depending on the method you use to send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be posted to your credit card account the day we process your return. If you ordered by check, your refund check will be sent to you via first-class mail.
